Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be returned in original condition
  • Include original tags and packaging
  • Be free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied or may qualify only for a partial refund where applicable.

How to Start a Return

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return mailing address.

Returns must be sent back by mail.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note:

  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error, a damaged item, or an incorrect shipment

Restocking Fees

Octavia Boutique does not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Used, worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and, when applicable, provide a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return procedure.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect order shipped by us
